Meuse & Berglund has been family owned and operated since 1948. We offer a full range of residential, institutional, and commercial greenhouse and solarium construction. Jed Meuse, the Owner and Operator has been building Janco Greenhouses for thirty years and since 2003 has been the sales representative for the greater New England region. Jed Meuse's work was featured in the May/June 1992 issue of Fine Gardening, in which he contributed an article on greenhouse installations. For many years, Meuse & Berglund showcased a greenhouse at the Boston Flower Show, the premier horticultural show in New England. Jed Meuse has built for many members of the Hobby Greenhouse Association, who continue to refer customers. Meuse & Berglund's more recognizable customers include two installations for Martha Stewart and Ken Olsen, co-founder of DIGITAL.

Jed Meuse comes from a family tradition of greenhouse building. He is committed to his customers through a one-on-one, personal approach to best discover the ideas of the customer and make these a reality.

Company history

Jed Meuse carries on the craft of his father and uncles. Jed's father, Clarence "Dinny" Meuse, built mostly commercial greenhouses for his whole life, along with his brothers Ralph "Dizzy" Meuse and Leo "Sonny" Meuse. Dinny Meuse originally worked for Frank Berglund, and the name is kept to honor the history of the business. Today, Jed Meuse owns and operates Meuse & Berglund, and travels extensively throughout the greater New England area.
